Plan details
The Family plan covers up to 8 members — the primary member plus 7 dependents. The household shares 30 Meddy AI credits a day, 6 free Meddy call minutes a day, and the plan's monthly credit pool.
You can change your plan or cancel at any time. Daily AI credits and free call minutes reset every day and do not roll over; credit top-ups never expire. AI credits are consumed by AskMeddy chats (1 per message), voice calls (3 per minute, after your free daily minutes), and record analysis (from 3 credits — larger documents are priced by page count, shown before you analyse). Member discounts apply at partner facilities that extend them; booking-fee discounts are seasonal promotions.
